James is one of the country’s leading experts in operational Human Resources and employee engagement and has integrated behavioural science into his ground breaking approaches. As the creator of the E3 engagement model, he is leading a step-change in how employers get the most from their employees through the exemplary delivery of HR strategies.
With 20 years’ operational HR experience at a senior level, he not only delivers many of our services, but also leads the excellent team here at E3i HQ.
James is also a Reiki Master, and teaches meditation and Tai Chi, leading retreats and workshops across the UK.

Darren Broad
Training & Development
Building on his business coaching experience, Darren has coached directors through to front line sales staff, supporting growth and development with a focus on performance improvement.
Darren lives in Bournemouth and is married with four children. He competes in triathlons and has completed four Ironman distance events and has just started training in CrossFit!

Dr Geoff Poole

As a practising scientist, an author and co-author of many scientific publications, Geoff has had to incorporate rigorous statistical methods into everyday work, and is critical of the way that statistical data are being misused in many areas.
He is a specialist in the practical applications of statistics including the use of specialist software, which he used as part of his doctoral studies.
Geoff’s scientific background has not prevented him from having a grounded view of organisations and the essential contribution that employees make.
As a senior manager and director, he has driven through many significant organisational changes, realising that these would not have been possible without involving staff at all levels, and winning the trust of board members.

Gregg Willis

He is responsible for our cutting edge reports, innovative design and superb animations, helping our clients really get under the skin of their E3 insight research.
Throughout his career, Gregg has developed a number of skills from website design, video editing to hand drawn 2D animation being skilled in a number of softwares such as Adobe Photoshop, Flash, After Effects and Celaction.
Gregg has worked with companies such as the BBC, Cbeebies, Channel 5, S4C, Netflix, Cartoonito and on Raymond Briggs’ Ethel and Ernest.
